If you have found a wrong answer, please tell me. Include the question number and what you think it should say. Accuracy is the entire point of this app and a content report is the most useful message you can send.
It depends on the date you filed Form N-400, not on preference. Filed on or after 20 October 2025: the 2025 test, 128 questions, 20 asked, 12 correct to pass. Filed before that date: the 2008 test, 100 questions, 10 asked, 6 to pass. In the app, open Study and tap "Which test do you take?".
Because it would be wrong, and you would have no way of telling. Four questions depend on who holds office when you are interviewed, and four depend on where you live. Officials change at every election — 33 Senate seats and 36 governorships are on the ballot in November 2026 alone — and an app that bundled a list of names would be handing you a stale answer with total confidence.
Instead the app links you to the authority for each one (senate.gov, house.gov, nga.org, and the USCIS test-updates page), lets you record what you find, shows you the date you confirmed it, and drills you on your own answer. Your state capital is filled in for you, because that is the one that does not change.
Re-check the officeholder answers shortly before your interview. The app flags an answer you recorded more than 90 days ago.
Open Settings (the gear, top right of any tab) and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email me and I will help.
No. Full Prep is a single payment of .99 and nothing renews. There is nothing to cancel and no ads at any tier.
No. The app has no account and no server, so progress stays on the device that made it. Your purchase does follow your Apple Account to your other devices; your answers and score history do not.
Everything is stored inside the app's container, so deleting the app deletes it. If you had a device backup from before the deletion, restoring that backup restores the data. Otherwise it is gone. Sorry — that is the cost of the app having no server, which is also why it collects nothing about you.
Yes, entirely. The app makes no network requests of its own. Only the App Store purchase and the external links need a connection.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me: reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Dark Mode. If something is hard to use, tell me what and on which screen — I will fix it.
